How the pre-order works
You're funding a batch, not buying from a shelf
PocketPixel doesn't exist yet. Here's exactly what your money does and what you get for going first.

You pay ₹1,599 today
₹400 under the ₹1999 launch price, with your name printed on the back and your pick of shell — including four colours that won't be sold again after this.

That money buys components
Boards, OLED panels and cells are only worth ordering in volume. Pre-orders are what let us place that order — which is why the price is lower and why the batch is capped at 300 units.

We print, finish and ship
Shipping starts early September 2026, in reservation order. You'll hear from us when your unit goes into production, and again when it's dispatched.
Sized to play
65 × 40 × 15 mm
Shorter than a credit card and about as thick as three of them stacked. Small enough that it goes everywhere without a decision, big enough that your thumb doesn't argue.
- Held, not gripped. The three keys sit under one thumb — no second hand needed.
- Rides on your keys. The loop is moulded into the shell, so there’s nothing to snap off.
What's inside
Every part earns its place
There isn't room for anything decorative in 44 cubic centimetres. What's here is here because it had to be.
One-hand play
Three triangular keys sized for a thumb — up selects and opens the menu, left goes back, right acts. No shoulder buttons to fumble for.
True-black OLED
A 1.3" blue monochrome panel. Unlit pixels emit nothing at all, so when the screen sleeps it vanishes into the case.
Keychain-native
The loop is part of the shell, not a bolted-on ring. It rides with your keys instead of living in a drawer.
USB-C, like everything else
One 450 mAh cell and the cable already in your bag. Nothing proprietary, nothing to lose.
3D printed by us
Matte shell, printed and hand-finished in the VeeGifts studio — the same bench the lamps and vases come off.
Retro games on board
Built in and ready the moment you press up. More arrive over time.
Six shells
Translucent, the way handhelds used to be
Every shell is translucent plastic — you see the battery and the board behind it, more in some than others. Four of the six are printed for this batch only and won't be sold again.
How it got here
It started as a shape that fit in a fist
Minimal, focused, timeless — the three words on the first sheet, and the test every later decision had to pass. The triangular key cluster survived because nothing else let a thumb reach all three without moving.
Printed and hand-finished on the same bench as our lamps and vases. The shell is the part we know best — which is why yours can carry your name without a tooling change.

Before you back it
- You are pre-ordering a device that is not yet in production. Every image on this page is a design render and the shell preview is an illustration — no PocketPixel has been photographed, because none has been built yet.
- Shipping is planned to start early September 2026. Hardware slips. If the date moves, you'll hear it from us by email before you hear it anywhere else.
- If the batch never runs, you get your money back in full less the payment-gateway fee (roughly 2%, which the gateway keeps and we never receive).
- Once your unit enters production your personalization is locked, and a printed name can't be resold — so a change of mind after that point can't be refunded. We'll email you before that happens.
