Timelines

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Personalized and made-to-order pieces add about 3 days of print time — the exact estimate is shown on each product page before you order.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your PIN code.

Coverage & cost

We ship across India with tracking on every order. Shipping is free — the price you see on the product page, inclusive of all taxes, is the price you pay.

Packaging

Every order leaves the studio in protective, gift-ready packaging with no invoice inside. If the order is a gift sent directly to the recipient, it arrives ready to hand over.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 days, write to us and we'll chase the courier so you don't have to.

Local pickup in Bengaluru

If you're based in Bengaluru, you can skip shipping entirely. Write to us before or right after ordering — veegifts.co@gmail.com or +91 86605 92612 — and we'll set your piece aside for pickup from the studio instead. Personalized pieces still need their usual print time; we'll email you the moment it's ready to collect.
