• Photos you share for personalized pieces, used solely to produce your order.
• Basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used, to improve it.

Your photos

Photos uploaded for lithophanes and custom pieces are used only to produce your order and the preview we share with you. They are never published, never used in marketing without your written permission, and are deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your details with anyone except the courier delivering your order.
• We never add you to the newsletter without you asking.

Your rights

Write to hello@veegifts.co to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We respond within a day and act within a week.
